He has been closely associated, with Tata Vehicles – almost since beginning – when the first Tata Branded Truck rolled out in 1969. He has been handling Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing of Special purpose bodies of Tata Vehicle. He has rich working experience, of over 35 years, right from gross route level to top management level.
During his long working association at Jabalpur, Pune and Madgaon (Goa); and having closely observed the Tata Group, he was inspired by their core values and philosophy – for having concern for the people around and community. This – and the noble guidance from his spiritual Gurus- led to establishing an NGO for the welfare activities..
Presently he is a Consulting Advocate, based at Bhopal working for the cause and welfare of the senior citizens. He is actively associated with the Helpage India – Fighting Isolation, Neglect and Poverty.

Anamika Tiwari, the youngest daughter of Laxmi Tiwari, a science graduate, is a professional trainer and a social worker. She has been working in the vocational education field for more than a decade. She has worked as a Principal in an ITI imparting vocational training; presently she is a Technical Training Partner with the Indian Army skill Training Institute. With expertise in the field of Beauty & Wellness, she undertakes classes for Computer fundamentals, Basic English, Healthy diet, Yoga for good health, Employability Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Entrepreneurship, Time Management, Stress Management, Team Spirit, and interview facing. Akanksha Agnihotri is a young ambitious woman who is pursuing her Masters in United states of America under Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University. She has previously worked as a Software Engineer with corporate giants at Cognizant. She has also been working for the betterment of society and women empowerment in United States of America. She is a member of the Non-profit organization of New England Graduate Women in Science and Engineering. This club is group of Graduate women under Science and Engineering of worlds most reputed university such as MIT, Harvard, Tufts, Boston university, Northeastern University. As a member of this club, she is involved within the activity of empowering women towards employment and motivate them to purse research field. She is also involved in activities to help women overcome the boundaries of sexual inferiority and strive for their success.

He was influenced by TATA philosophy. So he decided to work as a community help worker who helps people who are marginalized and not able to tackle the problem they face in their local area.
He is directly connected with individuals in fulfilling their needs like the release of pension for the elderly, release of COVID funds for illiterate persons, and to assist in many more areas like work related to the State government, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, banking needs for the underprivileged, etc.
